Rybakina claimed her first Grand Slam title at Wimbledon in 2022, becoming the first player representing Kazakhstan to win a major singles title. In January 2026, she added a second Grand Slam trophy by defeating Aryna Sabalenka in the Australian Open final.
At JOALI Maldives, guests will have the opportunity to experience her powerful, precise style of tennis first-hand. The residency includes exclusive workshops for adults and younger players, combining on-court technique with insights into the focus and discipline required at championship level.
Ana Ivanović Brings Grand Slam Experience to the Festive Season
Former World No. 1 and French Open champion Ana Ivanović will take to the courts at JOALI Maldives from 24 to 26 December 2026, adding a world-class sporting experience to the resort’s festive programme.
Ivanović won the 2008 French Open, a victory that propelled her to the top of the WTA rankings. Known throughout her career for her powerful forehand and attacking game, she won 15 WTA singles titles before retiring from professional tennis in 2016.
Her JOALI Maldives residency will feature exclusive masterclasses on select days, giving guests the chance to refine their technique, agility and confidence while learning directly from a former Grand Slam champion and World No. 1.
