For one evening only, Chef Jaume will cook alongside TAPASAKE’s Chef de Cuisine, Ahmed Jameel. Together, they will present a refined five-course menu that blends Mediterranean creativity with Japanese precision.

Chef Jaume Vicens leads the kitchen at Béns d’Avall in Mallorca, Spain. The restaurant earned its Michelin star in 2021 and later received a Michelin Green Star for its focus on sustainability. His cuisine reflects family tradition, local produce, and deep respect for nature.
Meanwhile, Chef Ahmed Jameel has shaped TAPASAKE into one of the Maldives’ most exciting dining venues. He combines traditional Japanese methods with modern flair. As a result, his dishes feel both authentic and innovative.
