INTI
From the snow-capped Andes mountain range to arid deserts, from the Amazonian rainforest to its seashores, Peru has 30 microclimates, 4,000 varieties of potatoes and 2,000 species of fish. You may be wondering, “A Peruvian restaurant in Mauritius?” But it makes sense when you think of all those ceviches that call for the freshest fish–plenty of that here.
The Peruvian cuisine at INTI has evolved over the centuries to form a unique modern-day culinary art form that is beautiful to both the eyes and the taste bud.
CAFE LUX
Truly authentic coffee is delivered with care and passion from expertly trained barista’s with cold drips, frozen coffees, and hand-crafted blends ground to order.
Open from sunrise to after sunset, Café LUX* is a place to pause and enjoy the best coffee and sweat treats on the island.
THE PALM COURT
This isn’t all-day dining as you know it. Each cuisine has its own, beautifully-designed interactive corner–from a walk-in refrigerated glass box with the freshest produce to a bustling south-east Asian corner. Travel to Italy with the resort’s pasta and pizza bar, or pull up a seat at Teppanyaki table.
Dig into rotisserie-style comfort foods or head straight to the dessert bar for jewel-like pastries and ice cream. In the mood for wine? Le Tastevin has ‘private dining’ and ‘sommelier’ written all over it. Prefer a cocktail? The Palm Court bar with its hanging plants is a haven by the pool with views of the lagoon.
THE G&T 100 CLUB
Gin and tonic go together like bread and butter. Citrusy, herbaceous, tangy… A G&T feels like summer in a glass. Even more so when it’s served at a bar at the edge of the beach. Join such mixologist and discover 100 varieties of gin. G&T 100 Club is the perfect spot to begin your evening or end your night under the starry Mauritian sky.
BEACH ROUGE
Equal parts beach club and restaurant, it has made a name for itself. Its trademark? The red tint that illuminates the place at sunset–the ‘rouge’ in Beach Rouge. An omen of the exciting night ahead. Beach Rouge evolves and metamorphoses throughout the day.
Lunchtime is synonymous with rosé, grilled seafood, hearty salads, pastas–the kind of cuisine that takes you to the Mediterranean shores. At sunset, the whole place lights up in an electrifying red tint. That’s the call to cocktails, dinner and dancing. For a moment you’ll feel transported to bohemian Ibiza or chic Paros.
CREOLE SMOKEHOUSE
Creole Smokehouse takes dinners on a culinary adventure inspired by local ingredients and spices–but revisited for the discerning, modern palate.
On your plate you’ll find grilled catch-of-the-day, lobster, melt-off-the-bone meats, fish soup, flavourful curries, and original combinations of ingredients such as grilled pineapple with coriander ice cream. Go all out on the tropical front and climb up Rum Treehouse, a wooden cabana where a dizzying menu of rums await.
BB’S
Nothing says summer quite like the sizzling noise of a juicy burger on a fired-up grill. It seems that everyone has their idea of what makes up the perfect burger. Vegan? They have plant-based patties to satisfy your burger cravings too.
Don’t even like burgers? Try out hot dogs. BB’s is located under the Banyan, right across from Creole Smokehouse and the Adult-only pool. Little Travellers, there are burgers for you too!
BODRUM BLUE
An overwater restaurant with views of the northern islands and a gentle salty breeze to cool off in the summer? That’s kind of place.
Open for rosé or raki-fuelled lunches and festive dinners (and the occasional brunch!), Bodrum Blue serves typical Turkish dishes made using fresh-from-the-sea seafood, the most delicious produce and carefully-sourced meats. And just wait until you bite into a slice of baklava. With Turkey being a pioneer of gastronomy with a rich food culture, it’s no surprise that Bodrum Blue is a favourite.

MINDFULNESS MAZE
A guided experience, the therapeutic ritual begins with chiming a triangle, where an intention for positive change is set before a spiritual meander through the maze.
Through conscious breathing, negative energy is released as you walk barefoot, connected to the earth. At the heart of the maze, there’s a moment for expression of gratitude before winding back down the path, completing the restorative ritual to find inner peace.
TENNIS
The resort has developed one of the best Academies on the island. With an ancient banyan tree as your backdrop and four hard outdoor courts at your disposal – they have shady spots for time-out from play and floodlit facilities for those cooler night-time rallies.
GOLF
LUX* Grand Gaube is a golfer’s dream with its own on-site driving range and one of the premier 18- hole courses on the island, Mont Choisy Le Golf, just 15 minutes away.
LUX* Grand Gaube has its own Golf Concierge on-hand to assist with tee-times, itineraries and all your equipment storage needs.
BOCCI BALL
Bocci is a ball sport belonging to the boules family and closely related to British bowls and French Pétanque. Having originated from a common ancestry from ancient games played in the Roman Empire, it is still played today in town and village squares the world over – both as healthy competition amongst neighbours, but also as a way of socialising and enjoying the company of friends.
STAND UP PADDLE
Easily mastered, this is arguably the most peaceful way to get out on the waters of the lagoon and exploring sheltered cove.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, paddle the calm turquoise waters and experience the thriving nature of the lagoon at its best – whilst befitting from a total body workout at the same time.
