Equal parts beach club and restaurant, it has made a name for itself. Its trademark? The red tint that illuminates the place at sunset–the ‘rouge’ in Beach Rouge. An omen of the exciting night ahead. Beach Rouge evolves and metamorphoses throughout the day.

Lunchtime is synonymous with rosé, grilled seafood, hearty salads, pastas–the kind of cuisine that takes you to the Mediterranean shores. At sunset, the whole place lights up in an electrifying red tint. That’s the call to cocktails, dinner and dancing. For a moment you’ll feel transported to bohemian Ibiza or chic Paros.

CREOLE SMOKEHOUSE

Creole Smokehouse takes dinners on a culinary adventure inspired by local ingredients and spices–but revisited for the discerning, modern palate.

On your plate you’ll find grilled catch-of-the-day, lobster, melt-off-the-bone meats, fish soup, flavourful curries, and original combinations of ingredients such as grilled pineapple with coriander ice cream. Go all out on the tropical front and climb up Rum Treehouse, a wooden cabana where a dizzying menu of rums await.

BB’S

Nothing says summer quite like the sizzling noise of a juicy burger on a fired-up grill. It seems that everyone has their idea of what makes up the perfect burger. Vegan? They have plant-based patties to satisfy your burger cravings too.

Don’t even like burgers? Try out hot dogs. BB’s is located under the Banyan, right across from Creole Smokehouse and the Adult-only pool. Little Travellers, there are burgers for you too!

BODRUM BLUE

An overwater restaurant with views of the northern islands and a gentle salty breeze to cool off in the summer? That’s kind of place.

Open for rosé or raki-fuelled lunches and festive dinners (and the occasional brunch!), Bodrum Blue serves typical Turkish dishes made using fresh-from-the-sea seafood, the most delicious produce and carefully-sourced meats. Bocci is a ball sport belonging to the boules family and closely related to British bowls and French Pétanque. LUX* Grand Gaube is located in the village of Grand Gaube on the northern coast of Mauritius, approximately 75 minutes from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. Guests can reach the resort via private car transfer, taxi, or helicopter transfer. The resort also offers airport shuttle service for an additional fee.
