BA’THELI LOUNGE&RESTAURANT

Welcome aboard the only restaurant in the world set on a boat in a lagoon featuring gourmet dishes of inspired island cuisine from the Maldivian Spice Route.
Locally-made cargo boats, called ba’theli in the local language, sailed throughout the archipelago with these goods, spreading knowledge about different lands, their customs and cuisine. At Ba’theli, the story continues chefs create dishes of finesse based on the epicurean delights of the old Spice Routes using only the finest ingredients, blending herbs and spices to enhance natural flavours.

Open for dinner daily from 19.00 to 22.30. Ba’theli Lounge is open from sunset until late.

OCEAN RESTAURANT

A table by the ocean, turquoise waves and an endless stream of gourmet food make your tropical breakfast dream come true. For lunch and dinner, an international a la carte menu is available. Only the freshest ingredients, rich flavors and a cozy atmosphere are guaranteed.

Open for breakfast 07.00 – 10.30), lunch (12.00 – 16.00) and dinner (19.00 – 22.30).

THE SHORELINE GRILL

The Shoreline Grill serves up the freshest catch local fish and seafood or the finest meats. It takes a few seconds to prepare dishes here, and the result is able to surprise even the most fastidious gourmets. You can enjoy your meal in a secluded pavilion with tables right on the sand or inside the establishment to watch the chefs in action. To try all the most delicious, you will have to make at least a couple of visits, returning to the restaurant again and again.

 SHORELINE GRILL CHEF’S TABLE

Do you want the chef to prepare a dish for you personally? At the teppanyaki table, your wishes will be taken into account to the smallest detail, and the team of chefs will organize a real show for you. Get inspired by the masterpieces from the menus and a la carte menus to craft your own perfect dinner scenario.

Open for dinner daily from 19.00 until 22.30. Can be opened for lunch on request.

SHORELINE GRILL WINE ROOM

It’s time to pop a cork or two. Whether you choose to stop off here before dinner, or leave this as a post-postprandial treat or perhaps an afternoon eye-opener is up to you. Chill out in the superb cool temperatures of Wine Room with a flight of wines and canapes, or ask sommelier to organise a specialist wine tasting for you.

COMPASS POOL BAR

Here’s the place to chill out and fall in love with infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. Tempting drinks list of the freshest of fresh juices, infused waters, cocktails and light meals, such as gourmet pizzas from wood-fired oven; bento boxes; fresh salads; sandwiches etc. The fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down; find yourself a sun lounger and watch the area transform into a laid-back chillout lounge.

Open from 09.00 until late night with light meals available between 12.00 and 18.00 every day.

DESTINATION DINNING

In-villa dining is more than just service. You can be sure that dinner in your room will be no less festive than in a restaurant. The menu offers the widest choice of dishes, but if the assortment suddenly does not contain what you really want, the chefs will realize all your wishes.

THE SERENITY SPA

Blissful relaxation for body and soul takes place in  over-water spa where the four treatment suites offer inspiring views of ocean and sky. Holistic treatment menu incorporates the healing powers of plants combined with entrancing healing traditions from Africa, using local herbs and plants. Emphasis is placed on organic and natural spa therapies.

Work up a sweat in  24-hour gym where you’ll find all you need for a good workout. 

YOGA

Find peace of mind with daily complimentary Yoga and meditation classes in over-water pavilion at the spa.

WATER SPORTS

Water babies will love the collection of complimentary non-motorised water sports, which include kayaks, windsurfers, catamarans and stand-up paddle boards (SUPs). Snorkelling equipment, which can be used free of charge during the stay, can be borrowed from here.
