DOWN TO EARTH
Begin your day with fresh fruits, juices, and breakfast staples. The day continues with a buffet of organic salads, live cooking stations, the wood-fired pizza oven, tandoors and grills. Sunset aperitifs lead into evening menus where chefs take the stage in the open kitchen.
OVERSEAS by Mathias Dahlgren
From the mind of acclaimed Swedish chef, Mathias Dahlgren, Overseas’ menu is an ode to organic produce and the sea. Dine on pescatarian, vegetarian, and plant-based single plates, sharing plates, and signature dishes for lunch and dinner.
SO WILD by Diana Von Cranach
Dine on a health-conscious plant-based menu designed by the innovative raw food chef Diana Von Cranach, showcasing unique and simple dishes that revive historical, nearly-forgotten traditional recipes from the Indonesian Spice Islands and South East Asia.
Ninety percent of the ingredients come freshly picked from Soneva Jani’s organic garden and most dishes will be raw. Expect some unusual ingredients, as well as healing herbs and botanics.
SO PRIMITIVE
Gather together for a dining experience that brings the element of fire to the fore. So Primitive’s centrepiece is a fire pit where different cooking techniques are honoured. Think roasting, grilling, searing and cooking in a kettle, clay pots (on coals), salt-crusted baking and cooking over coals. Choose from a menu that features fresh seafood, meats, and plant-based dishes.
SO IMAGINATIVE
Seating up to 20 guests, So Imaginative is a private room perfect for celebrations. The sommeliers can also create inspired wine tastings and wine dinners here.

So Engaging is the chef’s table, which offers a mystery menu for five very special guests. Get a front row seat to the action, and converse with our chef as he prepares exciting, delicious dishes for his guests of honour.
SO STARSTRUCK
Gaze towards the heavens at the first overwater observatory in the Maldives. Sit at one of the four dining tables around the telescope and dine on an expertly crafted menu while our resident Astronomer is on-hand to help navigate the skies.
THE GATHERING BAR
Drinks and tapas can be enjoyed at any time at this day-into-evening overwater bar. As the sun begins to set, ease into an organic aperitif. The main bar has one of the best selections of freshly made cocktails, spirits and liqueurs in the Maldives.
NORTH ISLAND
Tucked away on the North Island, this spot is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and time in the sun. Enjoy a pop-up dinner of Maldivian delicacies on the private beach, prepared using what the chef caught or picked earlier that day.

SONEVA SOUL AT SONEVA JANI
Soneva Soul spans two facilities at Soneva Jani – the original Over-water Spa and a new Island Spa. Both are designed to exist in perfect harmony with their stunning natural settings and provide an inspiring backdrop for transformative wellness experiences.
In addition, Soneva Jani has a jungle gym, aquatic gym and beach fitness area for exercising in nature, and open-air Ayurvedic and treatment champas.
An imaginative journey that began over two decades ago, the Soneva story continues with Soneva Jani, the brand’s newest luxury resort offering. Inspired by a word that means ‘wisdom’ in Sanskrit, Soneva Jani encompasses a collection of water villas and island sanctuaries set within a lagoon of crystal clear waters, fringed by pristine beaches and blanketed in lush tropical greenery.
The highlight of the islands that the resort calls home is the 5.6 kilometre private lagoon that surrounds it; an awe-inspiring azure spectacle that inspires a sense of calm.

Each Water Villa opens to its very own stretch of sparkling lagoon and is complete with a private pool. CHAPTER TWO
Chapter Two has arrived at Soneva Jani, ushering in new era of over-water luxury. Twenty-seven new Water Reserves – the largest and most luxurious of their kind in the world – have been added alongside three exciting new dining concepts and new, extended Soneva Spa Wellness Centre. With Chapter Two comes Soneva Unlimited, a whole new way to discover more, if not all, of Soneva Jani with unlimited dining, beverages, experiences, spa treatments and more.
Soneva Jani, located in the Medhufaru lagoon in the Noonu Atoll, comprises five islands, the largest of which is Medhufaru, which is 150 acres in size. The resort can be reached by a scenic 40 minute seaplane flight direct from Malé International Airport, a 60 minute speedboat ride from Soneva Fushi, or by a leisurely full day cruise from Soneva Fushi onboard Soneva in Aqua. Guests can also fly directly into Maafaru International Airport and then take a 15-minute speedboat ride to the resort.
