SUMMER PAVILION

Floating over the velvety lagoon and set within a lantern-inspired space, Summer Pavilion offers an intimate setting where Modern Chinese cuisine takes center stage. Its dishes, including roasted duck, are designed to be shared and paired with fine Chinese teas and selections from the extensive wine cellar. A private dining room is also available for a more refined experience.

IWAU

The Japanese translation of “to celebrate,” Iwau is exactly that: an honoring of Japanese flavors. Open to the night sky, the restaurant presents a lively Japanese Chef’s Table serving creative fresh seafood and meat dishes.  Sushi and sashimi are offered at romantic tables for two set within the pool itself. Dishes are complemented by an extensive selection of Japanese sakes, whiskies and teas.

BEACH SHACK

With sand underfoot and the sea just steps away, the family-friendly Beach Shack embraces the Mediterranean with its carefree spirit and relaxed cuisine. Shared plates and grilled seafood are served alongside fruit- and herb-driven cocktails and an impressive selection of French rosé. Resident and visiting DJs spin throughout the day, kid’s story time is offered fireside and weekly themed events highlight art, fashion and food.

EAU BAR

Afternoons invite you to Eau Bar with its laid-back glamourous setting with an almost adult-only feel restaurant. The perfect place to relax, read a book and indulge in fresh oysters and caviar and sip on tableside cocktails crafted with organic and fresh ingredients, staying true the restaurant’s concept of sustainable gastronomy. Afternoon tea gets a Maldivian twist and sunset is celebrated each evening with a captivating ritual.

ARABESQUE

An eye-catching tribute to a traditional Bedouin tent, Arabesque invites diners on a journey from Lebanon to North India. The sunken dining room, with hanging lanterns and colorful fabrics, sets the scene for shareable mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats and iconic street fare. Dishes are offered alongside flavorful hookahs, Turkish coffee, Moroccan tea and creative cocktails.

TUM TUM

Across the Asian continent, each country offers its own version of street-friendly fare. Meat- and vegetable-filled bao buns, steamed dumplings, aromatic soups and flavorful noodle dishes are among the menu highlights at Tum Tum. The food trailer, located at Fari Marina Village, offers the perfect stop amid a day of shopping, arts and culture.

A ring-shaped sanctuary nestled over the turquoise lagoon, The Ritz-Carlton Spa offers nine spa treatment rooms, including a spa suite with its own relaxation lounge, a salon and a boutique. Cardinal directions of each treatment room exude powerful energy, aligned with the ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang complemented with healing massages and organic body and skincare collection by Bamford, offering guests a luxurious wellness experience.
