Four-Hands Dinners with Jacob Kear & Gaushan De Silva
American born, Japanese Chef and owner of Michelin star Lurra Kyoto in Japan, Jacob Kear is at Velaa for two exclusive four-hands dinners in Aragu Signature Restaurant.
The ambiance celebrates the ocean, a piano fills the conversation, and cuisine unites the East and the West with wines imported from the very best.
“Day by day, minute by minute, we push ourselves to the highest level to create experiences that will be remembered forever” said Executive Chef, Gaushan De Silva.
This experience will be followed by two spectacular Winemaker Dinners, a celebration of fine wine accompanied by the stunning setting of Aragu Signature restaurant and Chef Gaushan de Silva’s gastronomical compositions.

Winemaker Dinner With Champagne Pierre Péters
Bringing a prestigious collection from the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger, in France, Rodolphe Peters of the Champagne Pierre Péters will host an exclusive Winemaker dining experience on 12 November 2023.
The Pierre Péters estate has been a family house for six generations and has produced Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagnes since 1919. Champagne grower-producer, the wines come exclusively from their own vineyards.

Winemaker Dinner With Chateau De La Tour And Pierre Labet
On 24 and 29 November, François Labet of Château de la Tour, will be hosting two exclusive Winemaker dinners, showcasing exquisite selections from their vineyards. Château de la Tour was built in 1890.
They are the only Clos-Vougeot Grand Cru to be harvested, vinified, raised and bottled within the walls of Clos de Vougeot. They are wines of tradition, with a stunning ageing potential and made to cellar 10 years + minimum.

Bringing their elegance and refined talents to the Maldivian shores, Vanity Strings will present two exclusive performances taking place in Aragu Signature Restaurant on 21 November, followed by Athiri Beach on 23 November.
The talented quartet will bring a refreshing twist to the genre with a setlist of modern pop and rock hits performed with precision and elegance.
